I have a severe milk intolerance and I can't eat eggs, so I struggle with adding protein every day as I can't have the yoghurt, cottage cheese, boiled eggs etc. dinner isn't too bad as I have meat, but breakfast lunch and snacks are a struggle. I'd love some advice if anyone has any!
