There isn’t really any more to this recipe than I just wanted to find a way for us all to have an excuse to have pudding for breakfast…and I think I’ve done it. This is the easiest thing to prep too, and what can’t be delicious about the combination of blueberries, croissants and white chocolate? I top mine with Greek yoghurt for the protein, and it’s just so, so delicious.
