Dump and Bake Meatball Pasta

This is such a simple dinner, zero chopping as we use our best friend, ‘the freezer’, with which is so amazing on tired days - I also didn’t press record, but we finish off the pasta with cream cheese and Parmesan and it’s truly a 10/10.

Add the onion, meatballs, spinach, chopped tomatoes, pasta sauce, pasta, garlic, herbs, and stock pot to an ovenproof dish; season generously with salt and pepper, mix well, then fill the pasta sauce jar with cold water, shake, and add that in too.
