I make this all in the air fryer (you can easily make it in the Oven too) so it is the easiest thing in the world, perfect to add a little sunshine when the weather isn’t feeling the warmest 🫶🏼Will keep for up for 3 days in the fridgeeee 🫶🏼

This was delicious, healthy and simple to make (added bonus was my husband made it as well) It's a hit, and only thing we might add is some fresh garlic to bake with it and sweeten it up.
