Step 1

Spray a pan well with cooking spray, then add in your mince, and cook over a high heat for around 5 minutes until crispy at the edges. Add in 1 tsp of your gochujang, honey, garlic granules and soy sauce, along with a small splash of water, and cook for a further couple of minutes until sticky.
