Made another 8 of these, this time switching up half of them, switching bacon to turkey medallions on 4 of them and also switching 4 of the muffins to granary ones. Banging. 4 in the freezer for next week and 4 for this week 👏🏻

Made these last week as per the recipe and they were such a great help in the mornings for hubby & I. This week we have his & hers egg mixture and then a selection of different extras to top them. Bacon, chicken sausages or pork patties. Will freeze half of them once made up in the muffins.

Wow! This has saved me! I've struggled to eat eggs lately, it it upsets my tum - but have linked it back to runny egg yolks. Baked seem to be absolutely fine and oh my, how yum is this? I omitted the cheddar, only using mozzerella and added half a leftover pepper in too. Banging.

Was unsure but actually lovely! Added a slice of fake cheese and it’s made it top tier

Made a batch of these, two for the fridge for the weekend and rest for freezer. Just had one today (reheated in air fryer) absolutely delicious. Didn’t follow recipe 100% but worked so well. Will definitely be doing these again 😊

Smells amazing but it's very wet not sure how it will keep without making everything soggy. Tasted really good, even if I did slightly under season 😂

Cook it can extra 10 mins and give a squeeze once cooked and cooled. I did and found that helped, plus in the fridge overnight

Yes! I cooked mine at 10pm and left to cool and put in the fridge, that helped set it and removed most of the excess moisture!
