Ingredients: 8 Reduced fat pork sausages; 1 White onion; 1 Red pepper; 500 ml Chicken stock; 250 g Rigatoni; 400 g Chopped tomatoes; 1 tbsp Dried Italian mixed herbs; 1 tbsp Tomato puree; 2 cloves Garlic; 80 g Reduced fat crème fraiche; Parmesan

Okay so I have so many summery recipes films and planned, but it feels wrong posting them when the weather looks like the apocalypse outside 🤣 🌧️ soooo it only felt right to go back to pastaaaaa 😮‍💨This one is one of my faves! It’s so easy, so comforting, and only one pan to wash up too ❤️

Step 1

Add the sausages to a hot pan sprayed with some cooking spray, and use the back of a wooden spoon to break them up. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes over a high heat, until the sausage is really golden brown and crisp.
