Slow Cooker Chicken Lasagna Soup

I’ve seen Lasagna soup ALL over my feed recently so I had to give it a go, but I used chicken as the base and made it in the slow cooker; so easy, high protein and super delish 🤩

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add your chicken, onions, chopped tomatoes, passata, stock pot, garlic granules, dried herbs and tomato paste to your slow cooker, along with a good pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6.
