Chicken Tikka Masala Pie

Some days there is nothing that comes close to a good puff pastry pie, and I jumped at the chance the second the weather cooled down! This is genuinely the easiest pie you could hope to make too; yes it used a pre-made sauce, and that is OKAY as some days were just tired. You just add the sauce and a few bits into a dish, top with pastry, bake, and it is doneeee! Don’t skip the garlic butter though...

Step 1

Add the cooked chicken and diced onions to a medium baking dish, then pour over the tikka masala sauce. Add the peas, garlic and chilli, along with a generous amount of salt and pepper, and give everything a really good mix until the chicken is completely coated.
