Creamy Chicken & Pesto Wrap 🫶🏼

Okay so this one is ridiculously easy but tastes like an absolute dream 😮‍💨 Creamy chicken, loads of pesto, melty cheese, all wrapped up and toasted to perfection 😍 It’s high protein, super satisfying, and just SO delish, Lovelies 🫶🏼

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Simply combine your chicken breast, pesto, tomato purée, dried basil and cream cheese together in a bowl with a good pinch of salt, and then set aside.

Step 2

Take your wrap, then sprinkle your mozzarella across the middle, before laying the chicken mix across the top and then fold up the wrap as if it was a Burrito.

Step 3

Spray a pan with a little olive oil spray, and air fry at 195c for 10 to 12 minutes or until the outside is all golden and crispy; you can also pan fry it.

Step 4

And that’s literally it! So good and it could not possibly be any easier - let me know if you try it Lovelies ♥️

If I want to male a few is it best to assemble then fridge/ freeze and the heat

hey lovely! so yes absolutely - if you can i'd say make the filling then add to the wraps and heat when ready, but also works if you add to the wrap and then heat afterwards xx

So tastes delicious however fyi cook your chicken than put it in the wrap i made the mistake of marinading raw chicken and having to cook it. Reccomend for taste though

I’m about to make this, but I am using yoghurt instead of cream cheese and hoping for the best 😅 I won’t heat it up just in case the yoghurt doesn’t like it!
