Double Chocolate meal prep pancakes

On the days I just really fancy a sweet hit for breakfast, my go to is some form of meal prep baking tray pancake, and this double chocolate version is a real fave. Baking them this way is just so simple, and much less faff than making individual ones, and I love mine with a good amount of greek yoghurt and some maple syrup too. Simply prep when you have time and they’ll keep for 3 days in the fridge for you, ready to just heat and enjoy.
