Spray a pan well with some cooking spray then add in your mince. Brown over a high heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until browned all over. Add in your onion granules, garlic granules, and plenty of salt and pepper, and fry for a further minute.

I used my FAVOURITE @baxters_uk sliced gherkins throughout every part of this recipe as honestly in my mind more gherkins the better 🙏🏻 and Baxters are just the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and crunchy. They’re amazing with cold meats, in burgers, or wraps like this - whatever you fancy and are such an easy way to elevate a meal 🤤🥒
