Easy Chicken & Orzo Pasta Salad

It’s been a while since I’ve posted an Orzo recipe and I couldn’t possibly do a Pasta Salad series without one could I? 🤣 So it was the perfect time for my favourite super fresh Chicken & Orzo Pasta Salad 👀🤤 All the joys of a very unauthentic Greek Salad (minus the Olives because just NO, but feel free to add them 🤣) plus Orzo and Chicken for that extra protein; I usually add Red Onion too as it adds a fab crunch 🤤

Firstly cook your orzo; bring a pan of salted water to the boil, add in your orzo and cook according to the instructions on the packaging (usually about 8 minutes).
