Quick Sticky Halloumi Flatbreads

I think pretty much all of us find Lunch a tricky meal to plan - so hopefully these recipes will give us all a bit of inspo ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿป Easy, sticky Honey, Lemon and Thyme Halloumi Flatbreads! ๐Ÿ‹๐ŸŒฟThey are probably the easiest thing in the world to put together and take a grand total of just 10 minutes - plus theyโ€™re delish ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Halved the amount of thyme (personal preference). Another messy sandwich, but delicious all the same! Going to practice again, focusing on getting the honey mix properly combined. I think I left some of that in the bowl!
