Hot Honey Pork Stuffing Balls Wrapped in Bacon

Okay it’s officially the time of the year where you can find an excuse to eat stuffing for every meal 😂 and these pork stuffing balls are the easiest cosy dinner, wrapped in bacon, filled with Brie and then finished with hot honey - lovelies you neeed to try them 😍

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add your pork mince to a large bowl with your stuffing mix; give it a really good mix, and add a little hot water if it feels a tad dry.

Step 2

Next grab a small handful of the pork mix, press down into a disc, place your Brie into the centre, then roll in your hands to encase the Brie in the pork mix and create a ball. You should get 6 from this mix.

Step 3

Wrap one piece of bacon around each ball, and air fry at 175c for 20 minutes. Brush each ball with some of your hot honey, then air fry for a further 5 minutes, until well glazed and fully cooked through.

Step 4

Leave to stand for a few minutes before serving, then serve up on mash and of course with plenty of gravy, then dive on in and enjoy.
