Simple Meatball Marinara Subs

So, I don’t think that I can really call this a recipe, more an assembly, but it’s the perfect dinner for a day when you’re tired and want something warming and wholesome. Meatballs subs were always my go to at a certain sandwich chain, and this comes pretty close, and I love mine with a side of some crunchy oven chips too.

Great Friday night recipe. Quick, simple, tasty and very little washing up.

Not the best pic as I was hungry. But this was lovely. Kids enjoyed it too. Makes a change from meat and two veg dinners 🤣
