Slow Cooker Mexican Beef Orzo

So honestly no time reminds me more of how much I love my slow cooker than days like today when I can’t face cooking yet and am still craving some easy comfort food, and this slow cooked beef orzo is the ultimate cosy dinner. I love mine with some sour cream and coriander!!

So bloody easy and so blooming tasty!! I love how I can just chuck everything in the slow cooker and be done! So little for clean-up and perfect for batch cooking Absolutely loved making this and will be a rotation for sure! Xx
