One Pan Cheesy Veggie Pasta

Sometimes only a good one pan pasta is all that’ll do, and this is my favourite for when I have veggies that need using up (you know the ones in the drawer of death) – feel free to add some chicken or protein of choice into this, but I’ve kept this super simple so you have a base to work with.

Step 1

Spray a pan well with some cooking spray then add in your onion; allow to cook over a medium heat for about 5 minutes until softened, then add in your garlic and cook for another couple of minutes.
