Slow cooker chicken stroganoff

There is just something about a good stroganoff that is the perfect cosy dinner – it’s so comforting, and this chicken version is my go-to. Throw it all in the slow cooker and come home to a hug in a bowl. I serve mine with rice (calories listed are without) but it would be wonderful with some mash and veggies too.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Simply add all the ingredients, except the cornflour and yoghurt, to your slow cooker alongside a hefty pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 to 8.

This is so warming and delicious. I love easy peasy slow cooker recipes like this as it makes evening meals less of a chore. Nice flavours and i would happily have with rice or with mash potatoes. X

My first time with my new slow cooker. This was really tasty. The cornflour didn’t thicken it as much as I’d like but that might have been me. Really enjoyed this!
