Sticky Chicken & Broccoli Noodles 🥦

This is one of my ALL TIME fave easy meal preps, I’ve had this hoisin chicken recipe in so many forms and you can easily eat it cold or heat it up, and it’s delish every time lovelies 🥰

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Spray a pan well with some cooking spray then add in your chicken and allow to cook over a high heat for about 5 minutes or until slightly golden and cooked all the way through.

500 g Chicken breast

Step 2

Once your chicken is fully cooked add in your broccoli and allow to cook until it’s tender and slightly crisped at the edges.

1 large head Broccoli

Step 3

Next add in your garlic granules and fry for a couple minutes before adding in both the soy and hoisin sauces, along with a good splash of water; give the chicken and broccoli a good stir and allow to bubble for a couple of minutes.

1 heaped tspn Garlic granules

150 g Hoisin sauce

30 ml Light soy sauce

Step 4

Finally add in your cooked noodles, stir really well and add a little more water if you’d like them saucier.

400 g Cooked egg noodles

Step 5

Taste for seasoning, top with sesame seeds if you’re using them, and enjoy ❤️

Not my best plate pic 🙈 But this is gorgeous. Full of flavour and super quick and easy to cook in one pan. Don’t judge the amount of gyoza, I love them 🤣❤️ Defo on the list to remake
