Sticky honey soy chicken bowls

This sticky soy chicken is my favourite way to prep chicken thighs, as the sauce just becomes so perfectly caramelised and delicious, and are so versatile, but I love them in these easy rice bowls; you can customise the toppings however you’d like too – think crispy onions, shredded carrot, cucumber salad, they all work so SO well.

Add your honey, sriracha, soy sauce and garlic to your chicken, mix well. Add to your air fryer, spray generously with cooking spray then cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 180c, until fully cooked through.
