Tuna Crunch Baguette

If there is one thing that I love, it’s a good tuna mayo baguette, and particularly a tuna crunch baguette. There’s something so fresh about it, and it’s such an easy way to sneak some veggies in too. The filling keeps amazingly, for up to 4 days in the fridge, so simply assemble when you’re ready and enjoy. Ps, I love a baguette, but this filling is delish on any kind of bread, or even with some pasta!
