Cranberry, Pistachio and White Chocolate Granola

I stand by the claim that homemade granola is always better than shop bought, and it couldn't be any easier. This is one of my favourite combinations too! If you'd like a granola with more clusters, then simply add in an egg white to the peanut butter mix. Serve with 200g of greek yoghurt and you have a breakfast with nearly 30g of protein.

Oh my goodness! This is amazing! I don't really like shop brought granola so I wasn't sure about this recipe! But this is the most delicious granola I've tried!

Almond or cashew butter. Tahini might work as well.

First time I’ve made homemade granola and I didn’t realise it was so easy! Had mine with Greek yoghurt, berries and a drizzle of squeezy peanut butter 👌🏻

So simple and so, so tasty! I toasted in the air fryer for an extra 4 minutes to make it extra crunchy when it cooled.
