Crispy Chicken Burger Loaded Fries

So one of my biggest goals is to show that eating in a deficit doesn’t need to complicated, and that it’s okay to cut yourself some slack and use shortcuts if frankly you’re just tired! These crispy chicken burger loaded fries are the perfect example of pimping up your meals - all you need to do is make a quick high protein protein burger sauce and dinner is done, delicious and hitting your goals 😌

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Cook your chicken burgers and fries according the packaging instructions.

250 g Frozen oven fries

2 Breaded chicken burgers

Step 2

While they’re cooking, mix together the ingredients for your sauce, along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Taste and adjust.

100 g 0% fat Greek yoghurt

30 g Ketchup

10 g Yellow mustard

1/2 tsp Garlic granules

1 splash Gherkin brine

Step 3

Once the fries are cooked, top with your cheese slices. Microwave for 30 seconds to melt (or if your plate is ovenproof pop under the grill), then top with your chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and lots of the burger sauce.

3 Cheese burger singles

1 handful Iceberg lettuce

1 Tomato

Step 4

Serve up and enjoy.
