So these hot honey beef and potato bowls have been ALL OVER social media recently, and for once I think a viral recipe is worth the hype. I made this with normal potatoes instead of sweet ones, but you can sub them in instead if you’d prefer.

Step 1

Add your potatoes to a bowl, and season generously with pepper and any other flavourings you fancy; I used some dried rosemary and garlic, but you can customise here as much as you want. Just use 1tsp of whatever seasoning you want. Do not salt them until after you’ve cooked them, so they get crispy.
