Cheesy Sausage and Bean Melts

So, these are based on one of my favourite things from a certain bakery that I know a lot of us hold very dear! This is basically my slightly higher protein version, and I promise with a good splodge of ketchup, they HIT THE SPOT. They’re perfect to prep ahead too – just assemble, then freeze, and cook from frozen when you’re ready to eat. This recipe makes 4 puffs, heavier on the filling front, but the filling can absolutely stretch to more, so feel free to adapt it.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Spray a large frying pan generously with cooking spray, then add the chicken sausages. Cook over medium-high heat for around 6 minutes, or until they have some colour and are almost cooked through.
