Creamy Gochujang Chicken Brothy Rice

This may be one of the easiest, most comforting dinners I’ve made - the brothy rice is absolutely worth the hype Lovelies 😌 you can easily sub the chicken thighs for chicken breast too if you prefer 🫶🏼

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add your soy sauce, 1 tsp of gochujang and 1 tsp of honey to your chicken thighs; mix until fully coated then add to your air fryer. Spray with cooking spray then air fry for 15 to 18 minutes at 190°C, or until cooked through.
