Creamy Sausage, Leek and Bacon Gnocchi with a Crispy Stuffing Top

I never get tired of baked gnocchi so I HAD to give it a little festive twist! This one is made in one pan, with bacon, sausage, leeks, some sage in the sauce and then finished with crispy stuffing…honestly my loves it was dreamy… and 10/10 with cranberry sauce too!
