Ingredients: 2 Chicken breast; 80 g Pesto; 60 g Mozzarella; 200 g Cherry tomatoes; 1 Red onion; 1 handful Fresh basil; 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar; 1 tspn Garlic granules; 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze

I saw another creator make a baked pesto chicken (I can’t for the life of me remember who it was so if you do please let me know!!) and I just had to try it 🤤 It’s beyond to simple to throw together, with basically zero effort and the chicken remains so tender; then the bruschetta topping just makes feel it like summer on a plate 😍
