So this is such an easy dinner, and there is just something about the roasting the gnocchi that almost turns them into little roast potatoes. Perfect comfort food and amazing with green veggies or a bit of salad too!

Spray a baking tray well with cooking spray then add on your gnocchi; spray again with some more cooking spray then bake at 200c (fan) for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
