We often have a store bought pasta bake sauce as a quick and easy dinner. This recipe is a great, healthier, less processed sub for that. Tastes like a much better version of a tomato and bacon pasta bake you’d get from the shop. Fresh basil is worth adding if you can. I subbed the burrata for mozzarella as it’s cheaper and still good. A nice, easy dinner that mostly just sits in the oven.
