How much should one portion weigh?

I made mine in the oven, took approx 5 to q0 mins longer but could cook in one batch. Really delicious, had some last night with milk and again this morning with greek yogurt and strawberries.

My son (aged 10) had made four batches of this now and it’s delicious. Highly recommend having it with Greek yoghurt and strawberries - yum!
