Combine your chicken breast with 2 tbsp of Nando’s seasoning plus 40g of sauce, and mix well. Add to an air fryer, spray with some cooking spray, and cook on 190c for 10 to 15 minutes, or until fully cooked through. For the final 5 minutes add in your halloumi. You can also pan fry.
