Simple breakfast berry crumble with honey yoghurt
How can you beat a good crumble for breakfast? It’s the perfect warming brekkie as we approach the colder days, and is great to prep. Make it the day before, then simply heat up a portion in the microwave when you’re ready to dive on in.

Pork medallions with cheat’s mushroom and onion gravy
Sometimes only a big bowl of gravy will do, but it’s frowned upon to eat it as a soup, so these lathered gravy pork chops and mushrooms and red onions, are the perfect way to get that fix. Serve with buttery mash and it’s a true hug in a bowl.
