Biscoff and White Chocolate baked oats

I used to be a real baked oats sceptic, but I’ve made a few versions in my life now and I have been converted. These use a super simple base recipe, with no protein powder, and are flavoured with Biscoff and white chocolate. You get the protein hit from the greek yoghurt and it genuinely feels like you’re having cake for breakfast.

My first baked oats experience! 😝 love the flavours, super easy to make and a good portion size too!

I think these are the best baked oats I’ve tasted!!! Not sure how much sense this makes- but I don’t like overly eggy tasting things and a lot of baked oats can. But this. 👌. I added raspberries and I think next time I would maybe add a bit of cinnamon but honestly? AMAZING!

In the method it mentions butter but can’t see butter in the ingredients. Please can you advise? Thank you

Hi Carol. I’ve literally just made these and I added a small knob of melted butter. Seemed to work fine for me! X

Thank you for your reply. I adapted it a little. I decided to leave out the butter & baking powder and replaced with 100g of greek yogurt. It was delicious x
