OMG.....this is amazing! My daughter even said 'no more shop brought sandwich fillers mum'!! Absolutely lush, and it's relatively healthy! This on a jacket potato would be lush! Xxxx

Tomorrow’s lunch made. I didn’t have any little gem lettuce in so used baby spinach. Also added 4g of Parmesan to help hit my macros.
