I saw this AMAZING idea of shredding halloumi online, so I had to make a version for the club and what’s better than some easy fajitas? This is such an easy recipe, and I guarantee it’ll be one the whole family will enjoy too.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Pat the halloumi dry using kitchen roll, then using a veggie peeler, gently peel the halloumi into long strips from top to bottom. Laying it flat helps and be sure to press into the halloumi as you peel. If some pieces break off, simply start on another side or slice the remaining piece as thinly as you can.
