High protein spaghetti hoops on toast

So I can’t call this a recipe, more an idea, but sometimes the simplest meals are the best! It’s a close call but personally I’m team spaghetti hoops over beans, and when you add in sausages, bacon, and toast, you just have the perfect comfort meal…with over 50g of protein too. We really do not cut out the foods we love here!
