One Pan Chicken & Chorizo Pizza Orzo

I absolutely love me a one pan meal and this pizza orzo, with chicken and chorizo, is just so so good - you can fully customise it with any of your fave pizza toppings, and I challenge anyone to not leave a clear plate.

Step 1

Spray an ovenproof pan well with some cooking spray then add in your onions and pepper; season with salt and pepper and allow to cook over a medium to high heat until the onions have softened. Next add your chicken and cook until the chicken is a little brown. It doesn’t need to be fully cooked through.

stainless steel pan came in clutch 👀 very tasty and using a premade jar sauce made it feel like it went quicker! added some sundried tomato paste & frozen spinach too :)

Really tasty and easy. Be sure to stir the orzo, like it says in the recipe, as it does stick! X
