Patatas Bravas inspired Chicken & Chorizo Traybake

I wanted to bring a little Spanish inspired sun to the clubb and this Patatas bravas traybake is just sooo good! Please don’t skip the bit of garlicky aioli and I can confirm it’s 10/10 with some Crusty Bread too.

Tip your potatoes, chorizo and onions into a large ovenproof dish, along with a good pinch of salt and pepper, spray well with olive oil spray and give it all a good mix.
