Potato Dauphinoise Topped Mince

There is nothing more comforting in my head than a combination of mince and potatoes, and make those potatoes a dauphinoise and it’s a HUG 😍

Was not as flavoursome as I expected as all the other recipes we’ve tried so far have been banging! The sauce for the dauphinoise was a bit thin still a began to curdle during the on the stove phase. I did try to thicken with cornflour before topping the mince with it, but the end result was a bit sloppy.

Not sure whether you can see on the picture. But the sauce for the potatoes seemed to curdle during baking. Very unsure why 🤔. Still tasted lovely though!

Ah so that’s the milk lovely, I hate when that happens - it can be hit and miss depending on how hot ovens run, because of the low fat cotent! So happy it tasted lovely still though xxx
