JULY MEAL PLAN - WEEK 1

Welcome to the 1st meal plan of July Lovelies! We have some super delicious recipes in here; i've gone with easy, quick summer feeling recipes for this warmer weather!! There are two of my favourite meal preps in there too, with a dreamy bacon and corn pasta salad plus some meal prep muffins. Hey lovely! So these are all planned out by day for you - each with a set breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’ll be breakfast on top, then the lunch, then the dinner on the bottom. You can change the meals if you like to other ones on the club too though xxx
