JULY MEAL PLAN - WEEK 4

Hey Lovelies, I'm so sorry there wasn't a meal plan last week but we are BACK with a good'un (yes it's a little late but they'll be out from Thursday's going forward so loads of time to prep). This plan is a real mix of summer and cosy comfort, to reflect the weather right now - and I mean when isn't a good excuse for some comfort food! My personal faves being the mince hot pot and the steak ramen!! As always you can tweak this to your own tastes, any others from the clubb, and of course just anything you fancy. This is one of my favourite flavour combos of all time and feels like dessert for brekkie. If you'd like a granola with more clusters, then simply add in an egg white to the peanut butter mix. Serve with 200g of greek yoghurt and you have a breakfast with nearly 30g of protein.
