Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
To start add you chicken breasts to a bowl along with your oil, paprika, garlic granules and a hefty pinch of salt and pepper; mix until the chicken is well coated then pop into the air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes at 190c, or until fully cooked through.
Step 2
While the chicken is cooking spray a pan really well with some olive oil spray and add in your onion & a pinch of salt; allow to cook over a medium heat for around 6 to 8 minutes or until softened.
Step 3
Next add in your garlic, cook for a couple of minutes before adding in your orzo & stock; stir well then pop on a lid and allow to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally so the orzo doesn’t stick. If it gets a little dry before the pasta is tender, just add a dash of water.
Step 4
When the orzo is cooked add in your cream and Parmesan, stir well, then add in your cooked chicken.
Step 5
And that’s literally it! Top with some extra parmesan and fresh basil, then dive on in 🥰
