Raspberry and milk chocolate croissant bake

Who doesn’t want an excuse to have pudding for breakfast sometimes? This is the perfect excuse, and the easiest thing to prep too. Just reheat when you’re ready to enjoy, and what beats the combination of raspberries, croissants and chocolate? I top mine with Greek yoghurt for the protein, and it’s just so, so tasty.
