Sticky hoisin beef and greens

This sticky beef is one of my go to meal preps as it is ridiculously easy and literally uses 5 ingredients. Perfect with rice or noodles, it’s a real winner and will keep for up to four days in the fridge too. I do also love this with some hot sauce to finish for a bit of spice!

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Spray pan really well with some cooking spray, then add in your mince. Allow to cook for around 8 minutes, letting it sit on the bottom of the pan for the first few before breaking it up to ensure it gets a little crispy at the edges.

We loved this! I always let our son (6) try our dinner if it’s a night we don’t eat together and he said “I love it. Best dinner of my life” 😅 so he’s got the leftovers for dinner tomorrow and some for the freezer. They were mine for tomorrow!
