This is the second time we have had this (I remembered to picture this time) this was requested by my daughter who really loves it. We don’t use bean sprouts but add duck spring rolls. Lovely 🥰

Absolutely delicious dinner tonight. I used a bag of stir fry veg instead of pak choi (not my fave) also cut down slightly and the garlic and sriracha. This is one i will defo be making again

My beef mince had gone out of date so u swapped for some chicken i had. This is delicious, and far more than 3 servings! So easy to make!
