AUGUST MEAL PLAN - WEEK 1

Hey Lovelies, here is this week's meal plan for you :) It's full of a mix of summer faves and a few cosy dinners too, to go along with the weather. I don't know about you but I am manifesting the cooler cosy days! I have a different brekkie in for each day but the granola, muffins and pastries are fabulous prep so could do multiple days easily. Also as always you can swap these around, but the dinners are some of my faves - that taco lasagna is a solid 10/10 I promise. Cranberry, Pistachio and White Chocolate Granola

I stand by the claim that homemade granola is always better than shop bought, and it couldn't be any easier. This is one of my favourite combinations too! If you'd like a granola with more clusters, then simply add in an egg white to the peanut butter mix. Serve with 200g of greek yoghurt and you have a breakfast with nearly 30g of protein.
