SEPTEMBER MEAL PLAN - WEEK 4

Hey my loves, so here is the 4th meal plan for september! Where is the year going? We have a couple of delicious new brekkie recipes this week, including a super preppable and DELISH berry crumble, and it's the perfect autumunal breakfast. Lunches also include the first soup of the year, and it's perfectly preppable. Dinners are all super cosy, and easy as always, and I can't wait to see what you think of them. Turkish egg inspired cheesy bagels

So fully taking inspiration from the wonderful dish that is Turkish eggs, this super speedy high protein bagel version is one of my favourite speedy recipes. The eggs cook in the bagels themselves, then are served on top of garlicky yoghurt and then drizzled with paprika butter. SO GOOD.

How can you beat a good crumble for breakfast? It’s the perfect warming brekkie as we approach the colder days, and is great to prep. Make it the day before, then simply heat up a portion in the microwave when you’re ready to dive on in.

Cranberry, Pistachio and White Chocolate Granola

I stand by the claim that homemade granola is always better than shop bought, and it couldn't be any easier. This is one of my favourite combinations too! If you'd like a granola with more clusters, then simply add in an egg white to the peanut butter mix. Serve with 200g of greek yoghurt and you have a breakfast with nearly 30g of protein.
