Hey Lovelies, so this is the meal plan for the 1st week of September - and as the 'ber' months are officially upon us, this week's meal plan focuses on comfort food. There are a couple of new breakfast ideas in there too, and the dinner's are some of my favourites; from chicken tikka masala pie to probably the dish I get messages about most: creamy parmesan chicken orzo. Easy Ham and Cheese Croissant Bake
Now this breakfast is one that is impossible for someone to not enjoy, well at least I think so because it is FULL of all the good stuff. You can easily prep this too, just microwave a portion when you’re ready to enjoy it – and don’t skip the garlic butter.

Blueberry and White Chocolate meal prep pancakes
So, my new obsession is these meal prep sheetpan pancakes, so I had to make a new flavour: this week blueberry and white chocolate. Just so simple, and much less faff than making individual ones. Prep them on a Sunday, and they’ll keep for 3 days in the fridge, just heat and enjoy (or they’re great cold too).

Cheesy Loaded Breakfast Hash Browns
These loaded breakfast hash browns are such an easy breakfast, but feel a little fancy. If you have the time then a fried egg or some scrambled egg would be amazing on these too, but even without they pack in over 35g of protein to kick off your day! Also, some hot sauce takes these to a full 10/10.

Double Chocolate Peanut Granola
This is one of my favourite flavour combos of all time and feels like dessert for brekkie. If you'd like a granola with more clusters, then simply add in an egg white to the peanut butter mix. Serve with 200g of greek yoghurt and you have a breakfast with nearly 30g of protein.

Chicken & Chorizo Naan Pizzas
So if you’re looking for a super easy lunch in less than 10 minutes lovelies, I have got you 😮💨👀 These mini naan pizzas were SO good! I went for chicken and chorizo as toppings, plus a drizzle of Caesar dressing for good measure - but you can super easily customise these with your pizza faves 🍕 The Caesar dressing is in my opinion non negotiable though 😂🤤
